For your own safety please follow the guidelines below:
- Ensure you have the correct equipment and check the maintenance of your bike before riding.
- Helmets are mandatory and we highly recommend the use of full face protection helmets.
- Body Armour, gloves and eye protection are also highly recommended.
- We recommend that you always carry a mobile phone and check the boards in the sign in area for the number of the first aider on call.
- On arrival please listen carefully to the safety briefing and weather and trail update.
- Before riding, read the trail gradings. Warm up on the blue trails and do not ride trails that are beyond your current level of ability.
- Be respectful and aware of other riders. Poor conduct will not be tolerated.
- You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone found using drugs on the premises will be asked to leave the site immediately.
- All riders under 18 must have a responsible adult on the premises at all times.
- All riders under 16 must be seated in the cage on the uplift trailer.
- When riding on the uplift trailer, all riders must be seated and must not disembark from the trailer until the tractor has completely stopped.
- Do not push or ride up downhill trails
- Do not ride down trails if they are marked as closed.
- Do not walk up the tracks or the bridge, if you have to stop please try and move off the riding surface as soon as possible.
- If you are a push and ride rider or on an e-bike, be aware that tractors and other vehicles will be using the push up track, so keep to the side of the track and stop if necessary.
- A couple of our tracks do pass over public right of ways please abide by any signs to be aware of members of the public.
- In the unfortunate case of an accident or injury, please conduct a staff member of staff immediately.
- Keep noise and inappropriate language to a minimum.
- Take your litter home with you and do not leave rubbish and bottles at the side of the tracks.
